Dan Cantor built Hamilton into a nationally recognized, full-service event marketing agency following his acquisition of the company in 1990. Over the past 35 years, Cantor has taken Hamilton from a small design and build exhibit house to an award-winning event marketing agency with an impressive 75-year history. A proven entrepreneur and recognized industry leader, Cantor continues to focus on innovative design and marketing technology while promoting fair practices and charitable giving in the trade show industry. Cantor is a Past President of the Experiential Designers and Producers Association and the 2020 recipient of the prestigious EDPA Hazel Hays Award for his positive national contributions to the industry.

Courtney Soice brings more than fifteen years of proven success in marketing, engagement strategy, and business development, helping brands elevate their presence and drive meaningful results. As President, she oversees all pre-sale functions across the organization—including business development, sales, creative, and marketing—ensuring alignment, consistency, and strategic growth. Soice is deeply involved in advancing the experiential industry, serving on the U.S. Advisory Board for The Experiential Design Authority, as Vice President of the Women In Experiential (WIE) Board of Directors, and as President of the Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) Midwest Chapter.

Keith Craig brings Hamilton over 25 years of experience in leadership roles and client services. Craig possesses extensive knowledge in various areas, including servant leadership, team building, business management, client relations, and financial responsibility. Hamilton's team has gained a valuable addition with Craig, who possesses the experience and expertise to navigate complex situations with ease and provide guidance to others. Craig is dedicated to fostering teamwork, facilitating clear communication, and cultivating positive relationships in his role at Hamilton. He oversees Hamilton’s daily operations, leads company initiatives, and implements long-term goals. Craig works closely with Hamilton’s employees and leadership to support their day-to-day activities.

With over 30 years of experience at Hamilton, Lynne Damer provides executive consultation on overarching program strategy and brand compliance. Damer’s experience learning the value of strategic marketing and creative services at several national agencies led her to the industry. As Hamilton's Vice President of Strategy, she is responsible for mentoring Hamilton's client teams and developing strategic solutions and brand experiences for Hamilton customers. Damer’s marketing leadership experiences include working with major US corporations in retail, manufacturing, technology, and automotive.

For over 20 years, Josh Frisbie has led Hamilton’s award-winning multi-disciplinary creative team, focusing on magnifying customer brands through unique immersive experiences. Frisbie oversees Hamilton's in-house creative experiential studio, StudioH. Under his leadership, StudioH develops campaigns and experiences designed to evoke emotional connectivity with audiences, driving exceptional outcomes. Frisbie maintains a deliberate emphasis on desired customer outcomes and understands how innovative design can support achieving those outcomes. He challenges his creative team and Hamilton’s customers to go the extra mile and stand out with innovative strategy and design, ensuring that Hamilton remains a leader in delivering memorable solutions. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Josh received the 2024 EDPA Designer of the Year Award. He is also a frequent contributor to industry articles and a sought-after speaker at industry events.

With over 12 years of experience as an HR professional, Sarah Sparks comes to Hamilton devoted to making a difference for team members and employers. Sparks has spent her career focused on employee engagement, strategic business alignment, diversity, equity and inclusion practices, and recruitment. At Hamilton, Sparks oversees all human resource functions, supports employees and management, monitors and enforces team member safety, and encourages the growth and development of team members through continual education. Sparks brings a strong passion for employee engagement, connecting with team members, and further developing an understanding of what motivates them to help achieve the company’s goals.

Gabby Cole is an experienced and results-driven Accountant with over a decade of experience in financial management, accounting operations, and process optimization across various industries in the greater Indianapolis area. At Hamilton, Cole is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Cole ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while partnering with leadership to drive financial performance and support growth objectives.

John Patten brings over 40 years of C-Suite experience across the construction, broadcasting, experiential marketing, and telecommunications industries. In 2003, Hamilton’s now Chairman, Dan Cantor, asked Patten to serve as Hamilton’s President. Patten quickly accepted as Hamilton combined his passion for show business and experience in construction. After six years at Hamilton, Patten pursued new opportunities at MG Design and Smithville Communications. Patten returned to Hamilton in 2020 to consult and provide leadership assistance in redirecting Hamilton’s capabilities to enhance revenue during the pandemic. He now leads the discovery of many unique opportunities for Hamilton, seeking growth within the company and the chance to build our client reach.
